General
A Puffy Yellow “garbage dump” will be located in the extreme north east corner of property. Garbage will be bagged in black plastic garbage bags. After the end of the event the bags will be collected and hauled off for proper disposal. The camp kitchen will always have a trash bag in progress and a supply of trash bags, kitchen will be cleaned after each meal is prepared.
Daily Maintenance
Every morning an appointed trash Nazi makes the rounds with a trash bag collecting empties, any cigarette butts not making to their owners portable ash trays, and any loose paper trash that blew in during the latest dust storm. Everyone is expected to pick up any foreign debris they happen upon during the day on the camp grounds and place the trash in the kitchen trash.
End of Event Mop Up
After all the shelters are disassembled, EVERYONE begins a square foot by square foot seek out and capture mission of ANY foreign debris not being indigenous to Black Rock Desert. Teams will walk along aside one another searching the Playa floor for objects as small as glitter. Every square foot of BPYC will be scoured for debris and all evidence of BPYC will be removed before we exit back to the uncivilized world.
